An important step for the growth of your business is to build customer loyalty to the business.

A real estate investment client of mine (let’s call him Paul) came to me recently with an interesting and not uncommon dilemma.

He has a great salesperson in his business who looks after many of his clients.

However, Paul feels as though he is losing personal contact with the clients due to his stellar salesman. He is worried that if the salesman leaves, he could very easily take many of the clients with him. So how does Paul reconnect with clients without overstepping what his salesperson is doing? Want business freedom? Get Sustainable

Most entrepreneurs and small business owners – at some point – dream of the time when this thing they are creating will give them freedom. Financial freedom and the freedom to fulfil the rest of their dreams.

The sad reality is that so few do it.  In fact, the figures tell us that only 4% of start-up businesses make it to ten years.  4% last ten years.  The rest fall by the wayside. That’s a 96% failure rate – which is horrifying.
